So you have a patient who has an open book pelvic fracture and systolic blood pressure is 90. You want to do pelvic binders, slings to stabilize them. And then what's your next step in the management? Generally, you're taking the patient to the interventional radiology suite for angioin impolization. So now it would be an extra peritoneal pelvic packing and pray then to angiography.
