The Telltale Signs of Adhesive Capsulitis
The telltale and hallmark signs that really are diagnostic and adhesive capsulitis are restricted range of motion in both active and passive range of motion. And so typically, we'll see the most pronounced effect in internal rotation. Sometimes patients will present with the inability to thread their belt through the belt loops or women will have a complaint of being unable to put on their bra. That may be a common clinical finding.
