What Is Over Stretching?

Most commonly, people will overstretch their hips and their knees. If you've overstretched that connective tissue, then you don't have that labrum doing the job that it's supposed to be doing. You could have capsula instability, am you'll have reduced sort of passive muscle tension. Ima stretching is not going to be able to absorb force for your big jumps and big moves. So we want to be like a hacki ball: We want to take that strength and that tension into our movements.
