How to Adapt to Changes in Your Life
At the start of every year, i make ten to 12 plans for myself. And some are as basic as oca, one month of no alcohol. I want to finish a book or to ten speeches this year. Ad and i every morning keep a tap on that. Sometimes you get distracted with specially when you're working down is so easy to just jump to a tappl and watch two vidios. That's the only thing i have not controlled yet. So yes, Yea! Some days i'm very disciplined but other days it really isn't like that.
