How to Never Let the Sun Set on a Plural Effluent

I learned to never let the sun set on a plural effusion. I think that procedure always needs to happen, you know, within one or two hours. Getting and again we'll talk about the types of procedures they could get but thinking about putting in a chest tube is important. And my guess is a kid with a significant Empaima probably within the span of 12 hours or so we'll have some type of drainage procedure.
