Taking the Players Out of the Game

A game itself requires the players to do some basic actions such as my Aussie rules it's not so good but I'm assuming that there's there there's catch and pass and kick. Now if a player is unable to kick the ball very well, then or catch the ball then whatever you simulate every time the ball goes to them. That's the game's going to grind to a halt because they can't do things. So how do we break that down and build that into a game based approach? We can scale the games so that there is different technical models there. The other way to do it of course is sometimes players need to be removed from the play and they need concentrated work
