The production system limits the capability to have that flexibility. A microfactory can build any type of vehicle, and we're showing a bus, a van and ha car for very specific reasons. We are actually able to use a blue print for the micro factory. So you're looking at ten thousand ponds per year. You've got 50 millions of capital investment in a facility that's about 200 thousands square foot.
Arrival is a fascinating company on the brink of putting its bold vision of "microfactory"-made vans, busses and ridehailing vehicles into production. President Avinash Rugoobur joins the show to explain how its 10,000 unit/year microfactories upend the established rules of automaking, how the products enable these dramatic changes and where the whole thing is headed.
