I'm Okay With Uncertainty
In the workplace, I don't like to go into a situation without knowing what to expect from it. It is important to me that my colleagues respect my decisions. Unstructured time can bring creativity out of an idea. My pie chart is like an evenly sliced pie. The biggest is fairness. 12% certainty. 22% autonomy. 21% relatedness and 22% fairness. And certainty at 5.5. So I basically want everything except I'm okay with a little uncertainty.
