Yoga for Weight Training

We're all starting to look like folded over accordion or a semi melted candle. Most of us aren't ambidextrous. And so trying to really cultivate symmetry in terms of a lot of unilateral movements for weight training, for instance. We tend to come away from it feeling kind of invigorated, in x n n m charged.
