Rep. Dan Goldman sold up to $15,000 in shares of Pac West Bank Corp on March 6th before the bank collapsed. Lois Frankel from Florida also made out like a bandit after selling her First Republic and JP Morgan stock just weeks earlier. The people who are supposed to be governing the system are making money playing the game with them., says CNN's John Berman.
