The narrative was it was all Washington, DC's fall. The cold industry of the EPA would just leave us alone. Jim Justice was reelected as a Democrat, as the governor in 2016. And then as soon as Trump came to the state, he ended up flipping and becoming a Republican. So it pretty obvious the state had been sold to bill of goods by both Trump and Jim Justice.
