Is There Inherent Unfairness in Society?
The executive branch has this kind of authority. People who didn't go to college, as the chief justice said, or people who had just paid off their loans are getting no relief because of the timing of the situation. There's inherent unfairness in society because we're not a society of unlimited resources. We love a meritocracy. I did it on my own. So, Justice O'odhamayor, Justice Kagan, we're having none of this.
