Heath Heat was sentenced to three life sentences for the murders of his entire family in arkansas. Shortly after he was convicted, it came to light that heat had been molesting other boys as young as nine or ten years old. His lawyer has now filed a petition with the governor asking him to commutation those terms and give heats a chance of parole while he is still alive.
