What's Really Possible With Feedback?

i explore feedback through the lens of something called feed forward. A term that was first introduced by marshall goldsmith, o gave it sort of common currency. It's a strength centred, forward looking view at who people are becoming - not just who they are. In a perfect world, we would do a lot more listening and learning rather than telling and selling. And ultimately, that's what feed forward is.
