Is There a U-Turn by the Secretary of State?

There's no sign of any legislation being rushed through Westminster today. There is also suggestion that emergency legislation could be rushed through by the government tomorrow. But you're not hearing anything about a sudden last-minute U-turn by the Northern Ireland office on this issue. So it looks like we're set for an election, and it has to be said, Chris Heaton-Harris has come in with 'no nonsense' style as Secretary of State.
