SCSS vs CSS
The reason most of the time people lean on these platforms, these CSS frameworks, is usually not for like a one-off little project. It's one, there's a bigger design system at place. But having said that, I think we're still probably 10 years away from feature parity in a generous estimation where you could completely replace anything you did with CSS with SCSS.
