The Effects of RHD Transcripts on Asian Type Dell Patients
More than 2,000 serologic D-negative patients were screened at 58 hospitals in Guangzhou. 539 of these, or 26.8%, were identified as Asian Type Dell and confirmed by genotyping analysis. Aloe NTD was not detected in any of the 42 transfused patients over a median follow-up of 226 days. No acute or delayed hemodetic transfusion or non-hemodetic reactions were observed during post-transfusion hospital stay.
