Rule one investing is, don't lose money kind of investing. You basically put that first. That's essentially li in real estate, everybody buys r everybody buys a house. People do that all the time. It is not hard to do. And i'll make a good investment. Everyone can buy houses. Ifit when your livin in a good place, you like the town you live in,. go, ok, how am i paying a reasonable price here for this thing? Ecause if i paid too much, i could not make enough money on this to make it worth doing the investment in overtime.
