Is There a Scarcity in the Universities?
Seng: Privileged sections will be able to get two seats, when earlier they had onely one seat. Will that not lead to a higher level of scarcity? Seng: O yes, it's going to intensify the competition,. It's going to continue to leave a large number of people are already outside, on the margins of the university system. I thing it's actually an irony rights you seng, that there is clearly a danger here of students who depend on public universities for our education getting pushed more and more towards onlane and distance learning courses.
