Fitness is something that grounds you as an individual, if it's a way for you to get your stress and frustrations out. I'm talking about it mentally and emotionally, you feel better. Sometimes some like i'm working the demons out. Ya, likea hows tat? Yes, like i was the work out great. I work the demons out, and then i can show up feeling better for my family. And plus, if you feel better, just in general line, i'm not talking about physically. I think that's really, really important. And it goes with owning who we are right in being confident with who we are.
