The Canucks Traded Merrick Mazenik to the Tampa Bay Lightning

Vancouver traded Merrick Mazenik, a 2019 third overall pick and a conditional 2020 first overall pick to the Tampa Bay Lightning for JT Miller. The conditions were if the Canucks did not make the playoffs in 1920, the 2020 first round pick would transfer to 2021. This is where, you know, this stuff starts to add up, right? It's not that JT Miller wasn't worth that at 5.25 million. He didn't fit their timeline at all. And then instead they decided to give off a first and a second and another pick because they thought there was value in OEL. That's ridiculous.
