When i taught negotiations at san diego state, i actually gave people an exercise. And the exercise was, you need to be able to change the time frame. So it's just a practice. Now, my favorite one of all time. For the last 30 years, i've on a consulting firmas where id moved to. And that was the natural transition coming out of sandaga state. I had gathered all the data together to buy a new colored copier. And so they'd bring me into the conference room. And i'd not been involved any of the process with the sales person with the colord copier they picked out. The price was about 18 thousand dollars.
