The Evolution of Fish and Marine Reptiles
Around 459 years ago, almost all life disappeared. Animals began to reappear in various parts of the world. The offshore squids grew bigger because squid generally lost their shells or molluscia and shells. They were able to move faster. And they didn't have the bones that fishes had, so that they were able to prey upon the fish that previously preyed upon them.
