How to Empathize With Your Prospects
People that tend to do well in business as a whole have an ability to sempathize with their prospects. To gain the perspective that comes from seeing things through another's eyes, you must suspend judgment for a time. Only by empathizing can you properly evaluate another point of view. If you don't have this ability, you're just going to be trying to push things to them when they don't want it. So it's not about selling to everybody. It's about selling the right thing to the right person and the right time. Be clear on whether you are arguin or seeking to understand, and then think about which is most appropriate based on you and the other's believeability
