What's Getting You Really Excited About 2023?

People feel stuck by their lower interest rate and sort of working around it to have to move. Construction also costs are very high. And so these are all the variables that people are starting to think about as they also, a lot of people want to get unstuck right. So I'm curious Susan, what has gotten you very excited about this year? What are you looking forward for the rest of 2023?I think we'll end on a positive note.
