The next section is called dedicate time to your future self. Too often, people don't make time for their values. The best way to make our ideal future come to fruition is to turn values into time. Have you ever heard of this game called Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza? Yes, yes, we have it. I actually haven't played it yet, but my daughter has it. It's a really fun game that's easy to learn. We put all kinds of silly things in there from have a paper airplane contest or go visit the museum and Botanical Gardens.
