How to Be a Successful Altric's for Good Project Manager
The number one thing I found is it's great to have a point of contact. That's a person who's facilitating between your team and the nonprofit. And there are people out there who are using Altric's who are also project managers that got a lot of experience in it. It really helps to have someone be that point of contact and that leader who's going to put all this together.
