I didn't have stage fright to the degree that I had it when I did photograph 51, which I've now learned a lot of actors get. The stage fright becomes more intense as you get older. It's just getting on to the stage. It's like you need a massive shove. But that performance in London in the Blue Room was a two-hander with Ian Glenn. Very exposing role, physically and mentally In most years, what did it feel like? And you say you weren't scared, did it not feel like a risk? It felt like an amazing chance.
