The Importance of Keeping Messy Things From Happening

Baptism of the Spirit is often spoken of as kind of a second blessing. I actually think it's a misuse of the word, but this is purely semantics because I do believe people have experiences. The Holy Spirit isn't something you someone. It didn't take long for Jesus to lose sight of the fact that there is a supernatural power of God. And we need to be constantly reminded of those things. Some people don't even have one experience of God's presence and so I just say that baptism of the Spirit doesn't like the language of 'baptism'
