More Is Not Better. It's Just Indeed More.

As female athletes get older, for example, we need to train differently now than we did when we were in our early 20s. It's about keeping an open mind and just constantly tweaking and seeing where we can make these improvements. There's a science to all of this, which is exciting. We don't have to do a lot of the guesswork. The one that I always came back to once I started to actually understand this concept of load management, I'm like, more is not actually better. It's just indeed more.
