How Did You Get to Know David Bowie?
David Bowie was more of a vague abstraction to me than a musician I had Any particular interest in getting to know well. This remained the case after I first listened to Ziggy Stardust An album that initially prompted a reaction of, wait, that's it In me more than anything else I do like it a lot now. When I wrote up a full Bowie page for my site back in 2010 I did so much more from a position of respect than of genuine enjoyment Now, in my 30s and beyond, however, I have become much more fond of Bowie and totality than I ever expected. A major reason for this is that he has become a central hub in my music tastes as a whole
