The Importance of Adaptation in Training

The goal was to try to get to velocity, you know, through like you have to go through the ranks of force based and power based and gradually get to speed strength. But I want to get guys there within the right amount of time to start to get those adaptations. And that's where we started to see everything come together. So just looking at the whole picture from the top down, we can't expect it until the end if that's before going on this path.
