I think for for me personally, i would consider my transition really smooth. I wasi waited to the end of my racing season where i had a month plus to canagis like an, youow, i was going to do some running,. But none of it was going to be anything above, like, a robic threshold. And if i wanted to stop early, i had that, that flexibility. It wasn't until i started interjecting more stuff at a moderate and high intensity that i recognized strict as probably not going to be the big performance mover for me personally.
