How to Say No to Guest Requests
The worst thing you can do here is start over explaining yourself. The more and more I would try to sometimes explain things, the more it gives guests a way to poke holes in your argument. If you start putting a lot of explanation into why you cannot waive the cleaning fee, you will see they will start trying to push back. Sometimes though, you just have to say no.
