Is There a Red Line in GP Practices?

GPs are fiercely protective of their professional boundaries. Pharmacy prescribing was not actually a matter of discussion in the task force. But pharmacy groups went there, but it is a lie about it at state level. So how do we change the financial incentives to free up some of those artificial restrictions on people's scope of practice and reward good care?
