The State's Primary Function Is to Secure and Protect Property

The state has extreme difficulty bringing its violence to bear against reactionaries like written house. The purpose of the state is not to keep the peace, rather, it's to protect property. Every member of that crowd had a right to self defence, yet only written houses was respected and endorsed by the state. This is something we often forget because the crowd was contrasted with the defendant. We are iduals and experience reality as such, but the crowd is simply a collection of more individuals,. all with the same rights and responsibilities as kal rittenhous.
