Sleep is really the answer, says Sota. Having a long nap means you're going to be more likely to go into deeper sleep. There are other fatigue counter measures that can help stay awake when you're pretty sleepy. But with breast feeding, don't use kafine in the afternoon, evening and night for a baby. Also, bright light will make you feel more alert than if it's dark out.
