I think, you know, if you were to ask me what i think as facts, i not onon those facts, honestly. There's too many nuances around it. Regulation a plus is different because you are getting crowd funding from institutional investors, but also retail investors. And again, you get to actually see in black and white what the investment risks are. I think when it comes to spact, there just isn't enough information for me to say, yes, i would want to invest in this. Fact is just not out there.
