How to Implement Change in Your School
Fogarty Advanced is an initiative for school leadership teams and for schools to go into. It's a three-year program that essentially helps you do exactly this. Develop a plan, a change management plan if you will and have quite specific objectives. Make explicit templates on PowerPoint or whatever at the beginning of the change journey because what happens is schools want to do all this stuff but then later on they're like oh it'd be really good if everyone used this template. Start with exactly what you want your resources to look like from the start.
