Power BI Custom Report Theme JSON
It looks like they're gonna have more than one schema file, but then you can just reference it in your theme file. There is one thing though, at the very bottom of this read me, that I was a little concerned with. It says, currently we do not support the following items in the custom report theme JSON. That's basically saying like sparkline, you can't do an expression based on a sparkline item.
