The Problem With Strategic Thinking
Many people that I work with think they're not entitled to work in a strategic way until somebody tells them now you're ahead of something, go do it. And what I would love to see is for more people to own strategic thinking on their level. It's just that you also kind of have to trust that no, I'm going to throw an idea out there that may or may not be true because strategic thinking has a problem.
