World-singers and world-bringers are names of organizations on Rishar and Scadrial. Hoyt was responsible for founding one or maybe both of those groups, but they hear he calls himself specifically a world-bringer. Harkening back to this organization on Scadrial is extra interesting because that says not only is he a misborn, he may have become a Farugamist over time as well.
