The Judge's Exact Style

The judge is known for being a very constructive but very critical editor. He's as hard on the attorneys in front of him as he is on his law clerk. The line between a decision being accurate and a decision being idiotic is unfortunately a quite narrow one. His style is very much taken a prisoner in a way, but he's doing it in service of corporate law.
