Is There a Tragedy for Scupulosity?

When you were a westerner, did you see more of a temptation towards scrupulosity than when you journeyed east? Cause that's experienced some people. My wife loves yo in the traditional i don't tend towards that, but only from the part of my personality at i think needs to be curbed. Not even in the west, but yes, not in the east.
