When there are that many unknowns about your market, your product and your aims, the v c path is probably not right for you. Vss come with a very understandable time frame on which things have to happen. And so you end up failing fast or succeeding fast, if your aim is rapid growth. Now i'm not going to recommend you take the endless angels route, but the right team of angel investors can certainly help you break through the moments when you're spinning your wheels.
