i don't think that the kind of 13 % house mortgage rates that were prevailing when i bought my first house in 19 80 to ror a terribly likely prospect going forward. And then the last factor that really impact people is they're forward k or if they've invested individually and and an thas tat for investments. I hope my 20 year old with a robin hood account is listening, because i think he believes hes he's had a god given right to buy stock,. whatever it is, and look at it three, three weeks later, and have it be higher than 50 dollars he paid. He paid for it. That doesn't seem to me to be an immediate prospect.
