The first time in the history of religion, he dealt with your motives. Jesus did that five times in 17 minutes. If i could teach one thing for the rest of my life, if i had one sermon to give, i would talk about god as your father. Because so many abused women have been turned right side up because of a father who loves them. And so many abandoned boys have their lives been put aright because they got the idea that god is their father. God is not just a distant deity. He is a loving father.
