The Challenges of Teaching English in Traditional Classrooms
Teachers are a big one. I think sometimes it's a teacher who is really only in it for a paycheck or a visa and doesn't really dedicate themselves to really learning and improving their craft. Another one is schools and parent commitment. If there aren't any other external barriers that they can really enjoy their ESL classes.
