I think that it is really up in the, uh, whether guilt induced extra hours are actually positive for the world. My guess is that they're probably not. You have two things. I mean, obviously any guilt I'm taking like, you know, if you can say you get all of the guilt induced hours you get now or you get none of them. That's like the easier case to like argue for,. Um, and then be less likely to try and do good for the rest of your career. Right. So that could just like straightforwardly be a mistake.
