A real attorney would have maybe figured out a strategy. They weren't going to get him off. But they could have mounted some type of defense. So it's no shock that Ferguson's convicted on February 17th, 1995. All in all, he got 315 years to life. That's quite a long time, but very well deserved. His earliest parole date was set at August 6th, 2309. I mean, that's some kind of like Star Trek date. Yeah.
